Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Vegan Mayo for a dairy-free version
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce or Sriracha for extra heat
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic finely minced or pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, chili sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and fully emulsified.
    Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary—add more lime juice for extra tang or more chili sauce for additional heat.
  • Cover and refrigerate the aioli for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled as a dipping sauce, sandwich spread, or topping for grilled meats, tacos, or fries.

Notes

  • Spice Level: Adjust the amount of chili sauce based on your preferred spice level. Start small and add more to reach the desired heat.
  • Storage: Store Spicy Lime Aioli in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Stir before serving if separation occurs.
  • Variations: Feel free to experiment with variations such as adding chipotle for a smoky flavor, or fresh cilantro for an herbaceous twist.
