Adjust Consistency & Taste: If the Lassi is too thick, add a little more milk or water. Taste and add extra sweetness or cardamom, if desired.
Serve: Pour into glasses, add ice cubes (if desired), and garnish with a pinch of cardamom or a mint sprig.
Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, creamy Mango Lassi!
Notes
Sweetness Level: Mangoes vary in sweetness. Taste the Lassi before serving and adjust the sugar or honey accordingly.
Vegan Version: Use plant-based yogurt (like coconut or almond) and a non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, or oat milk) for a vegan-friendly version.
Frozen Mangoes: If you’re using frozen mangoes, you may not need ice cubes, and the texture will be even thicker and creamier.
Spices: Cardamom and saffron are traditional additions to Mango Lassi for extra flavor. You can also experiment with cinnamon or a small pinch of ginger for a spiced version.
