Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe Mango peeled and diced
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic finely chopped or mashed
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mango: Peel and remove the pit from the ripe mango.
    Cut the mango into small chunks for easier blending.
  • Blend the Mango: Place the mango chunks in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, forming a puree.
  • Prepare the Garlic: Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves, or use a garlic press to mash them.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, chopped garlic, and mayonnaise.
    Add olive oil to achieve a smoother consistency.
  • Add Lemon Juice: Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the mixture to add brightness and acidity.
  • Season: Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the aioli for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
    Serve chilled with your favorite dishes.
