  • 2-3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions

    Zest the lime and squeeze out the juice, measuring 2 tablespoons.
  • Combine the Base: In a medium-sized bowl, add the mayonnaise and olive oil.
    Stir to combine into a smooth base.
  • Add Flavorings: Stir in the minced garlic, lime juice, and lime zest.
    Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Season: Taste the aioli and add salt to your liking. If you prefer a bit of heat, add a pinch of black pepper.
  • Chill and Serve: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the aioli for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
