  • 1 Stirring Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor
  • Optional: ¼ cup Bacon bits for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Wash the spinach thoroughly, chop the garlic, and gather all other ingredients.

Combine in Crockpot:

  • Layer the fresh spinach, garlic, butter, and cream cheese in the crockpot.

Cook:

  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours, stirring halfway through the cooking time.

Finish the Dish:

  • Once the spinach is cooked down, stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve:

  • Once creamy and heated through, serve hot with your favorite keto main dish.

  • Fresh vs. Frozen Spinach: Fresh spinach is recommended for the best texture and flavor. If using frozen spinach, ensure it is well-drained to avoid excess moisture.
