Instructions
Prepare the feta cheese: Crumble the feta cheese into a mixing bowl if using a block of feta. If using pre-crumbled feta, simply measure the amount required.
Mix the base ingredients: In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice.Blend until smooth and creamy, or mix by hand for a chunkier texture.
Add garlic and herbs: Mince the garlic finely and add it to the feta-yogurt mixture. Stir in fresh oregano and parsley.
Season: Taste the dip and add salt and pepper to suit your preference. Blend again if necessary.
Adjust consistency: If the dip is too thick, add a little more olive oil or Greek yogurt to adjust the consistency to your liking.
