Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pita Bread Rounds Whole wheat or white, as preferred
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper optional
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest optional, for extra zing

Instructions
 

Prep the Pita Bread

  • Cut the pita bread into wedges or strips. You can use a knife or kitchen scissors to make clean cuts.

Season the Pita Chips

  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    Drizzle the mixture over the pita pieces, making sure to coat each piece evenly.
    You can use a brush or your hands to spread the seasoning.

Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Air Fry the Chips

  • Arrange the seasoned pita pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
    Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Serve
