Chicken Caesar Wraps are a flavorful and satisfying meal that combines all the classic elements of a Caesar salad—grilled chicken, crispy romaine lettuce, parmesan, croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing—wrapped up in a soft tortilla.Whether you're making them for lunch, dinner, or as a quick snack, these wraps are a crowd-pleaser that can be easily customized to your taste. Quick to prepare and simple to make, they’re the perfect solution for busy days or meal prep.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a grill pan or regular pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook the chicken for 7–10 minutes on each side, until golden and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips or cubes.
Prepare the Wrap Ingredients
While the chicken cooks, chop the romaine lettuce and grate or shave the parmesan cheese. Toast the croutons in the oven or a pan if desired. Set everything aside.
Assemble the Wrap
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Drizzle Caesar dressing evenly over the center of the tortilla. Layer the cooked chicken slices, chopped lettuce, parmesan, and croutons on top of the dressing. Optionally, add avocado slices, bacon bits, or cherry tomatoes.
Wrap and Serve
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly to enclose the filling. Slice the wrap in half for easier handling, and serve immediately. If making in advance, wrap the completed wrap in foil or parchment paper and refrigerate.
Notes
Chicken: For a quicker option, use store-bought rotisserie chicken and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
Dressing: You can use store-bought Caesar dressing or make your own for a personalized touch. A lighter version can be made with Greek yogurt.
Meal Prep: If you’re preparing these wraps in advance, store the ingredients separately (especially the dressing) to avoid soggy wraps. Assemble them when you're ready to eat.
Add-ins: Experiment with different add-ins like crispy bacon, grilled vegetables, or even a sprinkle of chili flakes for heat!
