Place the block of feta cheese in a medium-sized baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the feta block, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and fresh thyme over the feta. Add the minced garlic.
Optionally, add cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and lemon slices around the feta for added flavor.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is golden and softened, with a creamy center.
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
Serve warm with fresh bread, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
