Instructions
Prepare the Fillings: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. If using chicken, beef, or veggies, ensure they’re cooked and cut into small pieces.
Assemble the Quesadillas: Place a generous amount of cheese on one tortilla. Add your desired fillings on top of the cheese, then place the second tortilla on top. Press down gently to secure the tortillas together.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
Cook the Quesadillas: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil. Place the assembled quesadilla inside, making sure it doesn’t overlap. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until both sides are golden and crispy.
Slice and Serve: Once cooked, remove the quesadilla from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if desired.
