  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Avocados

  • Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove the pit.
  • Slice each half into 4 to 6 even wedges, depending on size.

Step 2: Set Up the Breading Station

  • In one shallow bowl, place the flour.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
  • In the third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Step 3: Coat the Avocado Slices

  • Dredge each avocado slice in flour, ensuring a light coating.
  • Dip the floured slice into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Roll the slice in the seasoned panko mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.

Step 4: Air Fry to Crispy Perfection

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
  • Arrange the coated avocado slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Lightly spray with cooking oil to enhance crispiness.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute.
